• High Quality food-grade Diatomaceous Earth (DE) derived from Australian deposits in north Queensland.
• Diatomaceous earth is a naturally occurring deposit derived from myriad species of single celled diatoms.
• DE is very effective in reducing infestations of external parasites, such as lice, mites and ticks and is reputed to also reduce infestations of internal parasites
• Very effective for controlling insect infestations in nest boxes – simply dust in corners before adding any nesting material. Also effective when incorporated in stored seed to eliminate grain moth infestation.
• Suitable for all bird species.
• May be fed with grit mixture, in softfood, or used simply as a dust bath.
